As part of the Senior Management Team at The View from The Shard, I helped shape the strategic direction of the business and contributed to a commercial turnaround that returned the attraction to profitability. The shift was driven by a revised third-party distribution strategy, stronger partner relationships, and a more focused commercial approach designed to increase revenue and improve long-term performance.
Working alongside senior stakeholders, I was involved in decisions that directly influenced the future of the business, from product and distribution strategy through to the wider guest proposition.
I also supported the launch of The View from The River, a complementary sightseeing cruise that added a new dimension to the brand’s tourism offer during its run.
