Delivered outstanding guest service as both a Guest Services Host and Admissions Host at Thorpe Park, welcoming visitors, resolving enquiries, and managing admissions, to ensure every guest had a memorable visit.
CHESSINGTON WORLD OF ADVENTURES
The place where it all started. Initially as a Rides and Attractions Host on Bubbleworks, before progressing into a Guest Services Host role, where I handled enquiries, resolved issues, and supported departments across the park to ensure exceptional customer service.
